Customer Feedback Analytics Dashboard

Goal: To build a centralized tool that aggregates and analyzes customer feedback from multiple channels, empowering product and customer success teams to prioritize improvements based on actionable insights, sentiment trends, and feature requests.

Overview: The Customer Feedback Analytics Dashboard is designed to streamline the feedback analysis process by gathering data from social media, app reviews, and surveys into one platform. The dashboard provides key functionalities, including sentiment analysis, feature prioritization, and customizable visualizations, enabling teams to understand user needs and drive product updates aligned with user expectations.

Problem:

  • Overwhelming Volume of Feedback: Product teams struggle with the sheer amount of feedback, leading to missed critical insights.
  • Feature Prioritization Challenges: Lack of visibility into user requests complicates prioritizing features that align with user needs.

Learning Outcome vAs a product manager, designing the wireframes for this dashboard strengthened my user experience design skills and deepened my understanding of feature prioritization. I developed skills in structuring user flows, aligning interface design with user needs, and crafting a layout that guides product and customer success teams in interpreting feedback trends. This experience has enhanced my ability to design user-centric, data-driven solutions that prioritize actionable insights, allowing for strategic, impactful product updates.
