Summary: This case study explores the development and improvement of the Teacher Dashboard at Education10x. As the Product Manager at BrightChamps, I led the initiative to optimize the dashboard,

My Role: I managed feature enhancements and strategic improvements, such as attendance tracking, scheduling, and gamified learning features, which increased engagement and streamlined teacher
workflows.

- Added homepage notifications for pending feedback.
- Enhanced with color coding for slot statuses.
- Streamlined reporting with predefined categories and faster resolutions.
- Clarified steps and consequences for cancellations.
Process and Tools: Using agile methodologies, user research, and feedback loops, we developed solutions. Jira managed tasks, while Google Analytics and MixPanel tracked user behavior.
